Booking & Payment Policy

To confirm your appointment, first-time customers are required to make payment upfront at the time of booking. 

When you book an appointment online, after selecting your preferred date and time,  A secure payment link will be sent to the mobile number you provided during the booking process. 

Please note that your appointment is not confirmed until payment has been received. Payment must be made promptly to secure your chosen time slot. 

Fuel Policy statement

Services are available within a 20-mile radius of our base location.  A fuel surcharge applies to all home/Gym appointments,  increasing incrementally every 5 miles traveled from our base.

This ensures fair coverage of travel expense and allows us to continue providing reliable, high-quality service to all our customers. 

24 hour 
Cancellation Policy 

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled appointment or service time.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will be charged in full and are not eligible for a refund or credit.
  • No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice) will also be charged the full amount of the session or service, with no refunds or rescheduling permitted. 
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid being charged.

Minor Consent Disclaimer

All patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for any treatment or  consultation. Minors between the ages of five (5) and seventeen (17) cannot receive services without thge presence and consent of an accompanying adult
