so Marc Roe came tome in my hour of need.....
warm hands (yes) plenty of oil (yes) brought me a drink first (no) you can' have everything!
now taking up boxing closer to the age of 40 than is probably sensible has its drawbacks.... and that's where Marc comes in.
a very reasonably priced session of adjustment, deep tissue massage and "cupping" therapy (google it, it's NOT what you think) was followed by an in depth explanation of what he did, why he did id, how it helps and also what I can do going forward to help myself.
Couple that with advice on lifestyle, diet, training and general health and wellness means I will definitely use "On Your Marc's" again and I'm very pleased to have him in "Team Redmond" during my fight camp and beyond!

Awesome bro that was amazing, feels so good, had little neck pain like a trapped nerve, that's gone. Over the moon with the service! in the right hands, the first time I actually feel like I'll get to where I want to be and I've never felt like that before with past physio's and chiropractors.
I had an old injury in my shoulder that was flaring up and causing me a lot of discomfort. I was nervous before having the treatment but marc really put me at ease and made me feel comfortable throughout. He was very professional and through, talking me through everything and explaining where my issues were. after having a session I've had no pain in my shoulder and I've got a greater range of motion. I'll definitely be having another session and would recommend Marc to anyone.
Marc was so professional. I have health issues and Marc looked after me from the moment I walked through the door, I felt totally at ease and everything was explained in full to me. The massage was intense but it definitely helped. Marc was so chatty and friendly all the way through the treatment it went quickly. Since my massage I have found a difference and I would recommend Marc to anyone who needed his services.
Well after suffering hip and lower back pain for the last 12 months, Marc went about doing what was best to treat the affected area. A week on and I've loosened up around those areas and started to to regain my original posture rather than leaning to one side. A week ago I couldn't even tie my laces in the morning without serious pain and stiffness and now I feel 100x better! Will definitely be back for another session! Thank you
I had been suffering lower back and hip pain for 10 months, the stretching exercises given to me by my Doctor just weren't working. I booked in to see Marc and after a short but thorough fact finding chat, he set about his work. All I can say is that after a few days I was no longer waking up in pain, and the pain killers are no longer required.

Was recommended Marc by a friend as I've been having knee problems. Marc found scar tissue and adhesions behind my knee and spent time working on them.
My knee moves more freely now and appears well on the rode to recovery. I'd never thought of seeing anyone for a sports massage but I'd highly recommend it. I wish I'd known about Marc 3 week ago when I couldn't walk!
Marc always makes me feel so much more relaxed and targets my shoulders!! love this guy, you must book with him.
I have flare ups of pain in my lower back and neck. It gets so severe that I have difficulty walking which increases the muscle spasms from over compensation. I need more than a spa massage. Marc did a fantastic job identifying the trigger points and muscle that were the culprits. I have been to Physio, chiropractors, epidurals, injections and massage specialist but I can honestly say this was the most effective treatment I have experienced. He was professional and this was demonstrated by the efficacy of the massage. He explained everything he was doing and the purpose in plain langue. he is easy to talk to and at no point did I feel uncomfortable.
I am not going to waste any more money or time on other treatments or therapist. I have found perfection

I went to see Marc about a pain on my back left rib and stiff shoulders and my right knee cap making my walking very difficult. Marc attended to all my issues thoroughly with professional care and made me at ease. I was feeling the relief as he worked on my body. at the end of the session I was so relaxed and pain free.
Marc gave me advice as to what to do and how I will be feeling. He kept in touch.
I would definitely recommend him.
I have had 2 treatments for a trapped nerve and I feel 100% I was in so much pain and Marc could feel where the trouble was. I would highly recommend him to anybody.
I have 2 prolapse disc that cause me pain from time to time which affect my sciatic nerve. Also pain in my neck and shoulders. After a few sessions with Marc I can feel my body easing up every session. Marc Knows exactly where the issues are and works with them. Had cupping this week which was amazing and I recommend it to anyone who wants to try it.

I I always suffer with tension in my shoulders because of my job, I had a trapped nerve and was really painful and Marc found it and worked it out in one session, I've since returned as again the tension had built up, I had a deep tissue massage and it worked a treat. you will not be disappointed with Marc he's great to get on with and highly professional.
Marc is fantastic, very professional and offers a great service, I had a sports massage with Marc, He sorted out my hamstring which had been giving me problems for a while and effecting my running. I would highly recommend Marc to anyone and I will be back.

Easily the best around, great guy to talk to and knows his stuff. my shoulder has never been better since getting regular sports massage from him.
